In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

• "mmtoto", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the mmtoto platform at mmtoto.cam, its parent company, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" — the mmtoto website, web application, and all associated services, features, tools, games, and content available at mmtoto.cam and any subdomain thereof.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" — a registered user account created on the Platform, associated with a unique username, email address, and verified identity.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings, net of withdrawals and settled wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by mmtoto that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the User via a qualifying payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" — a bet or stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers-prediction lottery) draw, or any other game of chance or skill available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by mmtoto to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and to confirm the eligibility of each User.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. Users accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk.

2.1  To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or family member of an employee of mmtoto or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by mmtoto or any other gambling operator.

2.2  mmtoto reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion shall entitle mmtoto to suspend or permanently close your Account and retain any funds determined to have arisen from activity in breach of these Terms.

3.1  Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

3.2  When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth.

3.3  You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.4  If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mmtoto support immediately at [email protected].

3.5  mmtoto may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account or suspend or close an existing Account at any time, without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that a User has breached or is likely to breach these Terms.

4.1  mmtoto is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing any withdrawal request and may request verification at any earlier stage at its discretion.

4.2  The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Primary Government-Issued ID: KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three (3) months, displaying your name and current address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your Primary ID next to your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in your name.

4.3  mmtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes. Processing time for standard KYC is 1–24 hours (WIB). You will be notified by email upon completion of your verification review.

4.4  Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will remain on hold until verification is approved. Pending KYC does not affect your ability to place wagers using already-deposited Real Money Funds.

5.1  mmtoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

5.2  All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account security review.

5.3  mmtoto does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mmtoto accepts no responsibility.

5.4  Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your Real Money Balance is available for wagering or withdrawal at any time, subject to the KYC requirements set out in Clause 4.

6.1  Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your mmtoto Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2  The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although large withdrawal requests (above Rp 50.000.000) may be subject to an additional manual review period of up to 24 hours.

6.3  Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

6.4  mmtoto reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6.5  mmtoto does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the User's responsibility.

7.1  mmtoto may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

7.2  Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 5x (five times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will expire, and associated Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account.
• Only wagers placed with Real Money Funds count towards wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Certain game types (for example, togel draws and live dealer baccarat) may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirement fulfilment — refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• mmtoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an ongoing promotion, or void bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse.

7.3  Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus under multiple accounts; systematically exploiting low-margin games to complete wagering requirements; and entering into matched-betting or arbitrage arrangements using bonus funds.

8.1  All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. mmtoto does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed wager except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.

8.2  In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure affecting a market, mmtoto reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the User's Account. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

8.3  For sportsbook markets, including Asian handicap and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, the result of a match or event is determined by the official governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian domestic football). mmtoto reserves the right to apply its own rules where no official result is available within a reasonable timeframe.

8.4  For togel markets, draw results are sourced from the official output of the relevant pool operator (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.) and are final. mmtoto accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from unofficial third-party result sources.

8.5  For live casino games provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and similar providers), the rules of each game are governed by the rules published by the respective studio. mmtoto's role is that of a distributor; the game outcome is determined by the studio's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing process.

8.6  mmtoto reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any single wager or game session. Details of applicable maximum win limits are published within each game or market description.

9.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, access markets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other Users or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

9.2  Where mmtoto determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in any prohibited activity, it may: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending and settled wagers; withhold and/or confiscate the Account balance; and report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10.1  All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the mmtoto brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software code, and game content — is the proprietary intellectual property of mmtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2  Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3  Any unauthorized use of mmtoto's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

11.1  The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmtoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

11.2  mmtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if mmtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3  mmtoto's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit mmtoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12.1  mmtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2  mmtoto will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios) and only under contractual obligations of confidentiality.

12.3  You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting mmtoto at [email protected].

13.1  mmtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment. Gambling should be viewed as a form of leisure, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

13.2  The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years, during which you will be unable to access the Platform or receive any promotional communications.

14.1  mmtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2  Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the withdrawal of your Account balance before the effective date.

14.3  The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is always the operative version. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request.

15.1  These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mmtoto is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2  In the event of a dispute between you and mmtoto, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

15.3  Nothing in this clause shall prevent mmtoto from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

16.3  For formal legal correspondence, all notices to mmtoto must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. mmtoto will acknowledge receipt of formal notices within 3 business days (WIB).
